SITE LAUNCH NOTES

The first version is live. This note records what it includes, and — just as honestly — what it does not.

WHAT VERSION 1.0 INCLUDES

• A home page, a FILES section with detail pages, NOTES, LINKS, ABOUT, a COLOPHON, a custom 404 page, and an RSS feed.
• Small files served from the site itself, large files pointed at GitHub Releases.
• Metadata on every file: date, category, version, format, size, licence, checksum.

WHAT IS DELIBERATELY MISSING

• Search. With this many files, a list is faster than a search box.
• Comments and accounts. Nothing here needs either.
• Dark mode. The site is white by definition, not by preference.

WHAT MAY COME NEXT

More files, more notes, and whatever the next honest need turns out to be. Nothing is added because it is expected; things are added because they are missing.
